Gary the Gadget Guy, more commonly known as Gary, was an EPF Agent, Scientist, Technology specialist, and Tech Lead. He was a blue penguin who wore a lab coat and Gary's Glasses. He was most commonly known as an intelligent scientist who worked with the Elite Penguin Force.
