Club Penguin Online is constantly updating their parties, pins, codes, catalogs etc. Because of this, the wiki needs to be kept up to date. This page is designed to help wiki staff regularly update the wiki with new information. This page should be used as a checklist when Club Penguin Online releases a new update.

- Create a page for the party
- Add party to Parties page *
- Add party to Template:Party Nav *
- Add all room images to their room page
- Create any new party room pages
- Add any new party rooms to the Template:Party Room Nav

- Add pin to Pins page *
- Create an item page for the new pin
- Update 'available until' for old pin on the Pins page
- Update 'available until' for old pin on it's item page
- Update 'available until' for old pin on it's room page

Mascot Visit
- Add mascot to the party page (if during a party)

New Penguin Style
- Create page for that penguin style with all the items listed
- Add cover image to Penguin Style and make sure it links to the correct page
- Add Penguins at Work items and images to the Penguins at Work page
- Update history tables of items no longer available from the previous catalogs
New Furniture Catalog
- Create page for that furniture catalog with all the items listed
- Add cover image to Furniture and Igloo Catalog and make sure it links
- Update history tables of items no longer available from the previous catalogs
